Graduated from Northern Illinois University with B.A degree in Corporate communication.
Attended NIU on a Baseball Athletic Scholarship as well as Northern Foundation Scholarship.

Jennifer Smith: Sales & Account Manager
Having spent 25 years on the Merchandising side of Retail, Jennifer is skilled in Merchandising, Product Development, Analysis, Forecasting, and Negotiations. Her experience is in Toy, Baby, Seasonal, Children's Clothing, and Juvenile Products.
Retailers include Meijer, Joann, Tractor Supply, Kohl's, Blain's, Fleet Farm and other accounts.
She graduated from Miami University, Oxford, OH with a BA in Economics and Psychology.
Julie Kaminsky: Administration and Accounts Receivable
Julie has worked for RGSM for 33 years! She enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd Brandy. Proud Mom of Daughter attending Grad School studying for Speech Pathology and Son working with local Huntley Fire Department. Julie also enjoys taking pictures of nature.
Jodi Karr: Administration
Jodi graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a business/communications major. Before joining RGSM, she spent many years in various human resource roles as well as working in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, two dogs, and her cat.
